Good selection of ramen to choose from. Tasty and innovative. Chef offers the staples and experiments with new flavors. Best ramen in the UES. Love the hiyashi chuka with yuzu soy.

Ramen is good except the meat which was way too dry (over cooked?). Shame about the ambience: looks like a generic bar with loud music.
