Simon Redfern: The pad gai kaprow is tremendous
4. Cafe 1001
DAZED AND CONFUSED: a must for anyone making their way through Brick Lane and fancy a relaxing sit-down. Try the cheesecake!
5. Shepherd's Bush Market
Mike Wendling: Let falafel wars commence. My fav is Falafel Hut. Red chili sauce please!
6. The Melrose
The Hungry Cat: The mojitos are amazing. The staff are very friendly. Great place to go and chill out!
7. Sevilla Mia
Londonist: Semi-secret flamenco bar a few doors down from the more famous Bradley's. Head down into the basement for cramped gyration to live acoustic. Really mixed, friendly crowd.
8. Smithy's
Londonist: Nice bit of belly pork on the menu. Read more.
9. Chestnuts Field
Simon Redfern: A nice big patch of grass for jogging, walking the dog or kicking a ball.
