This airport rocks. Lots of great restaurants and shopping to do with long layovers.
WiFi is strong throughout the airport and great. Kids screaming from Disney, not great.
Don't be a POS. Tip the porter if you use the curbside service outside. If you don't tip, go wait in line with the rest of em, cheapo.
Christian CóromFebruary 17, 2013It's a good airport. Not too big but there are many shops, restaurants and Free WIFI everywhere.
They should really just assume that no one knows how to get through the security line here. Arrive early. And bring a piece of rawhide to chew on every time you get the urge to scream at someone.
Getting through security lines is a mess! Allow plenty of time. We arrived 2 hours prior to our flight (domestic) and arrived at our gate right at boarding time.
If you can't decide if you should start a family, one trip to this airport will convince you to be permanently sterilized.
Full service airport. Hyatt attached. Best food options are pre-security.

Joseph PouApril 26, 2011Expert flyer uses backscatter machine, and when it is busy they allow family's in that line takes a lot longer, so much for the speed of the expert flyer line.

Have several drinks & possibly some drugs in order to survive this airport! Lines are extremely long & almost every flight gets delayed.
I'm surprised at how busy Orlando airport is at 5am, I went to San Francisco airport once at 5am and the doors were locked and lights off
Michael TaylorMarch 28, 2010If you are looking for Starbucks in the main terminal building, it is on the 3rd floor, on the A side wall, next to Hudson Booksellers, by the security check for gates 60-129. Dark Cherry Fraps rule!

The decor inside reminds me of a place that is old and seems like they still allow smoking indoors, but real efficient airport to get around.
Disney Magical Express service is awesome! Got on without making a reservation, as long as your staying at a select Disney resort. No hastles whatsoever.

Security lines in most airport suck, but try it with a few dozen crying kids, cranky and tired from 5 days 4 nights in the happiest place in earth.

Visit City Pub if you have a long layover.

Kerbside check in seems like a good idea until they then ask for money. Only after they've checked you in... Avoid, go inside and use the Delta desks, or auto check-in if possible
DorrineMay 15, 2011If you're at Delta gates 60-99, check out CIBO express for fresh salads, lots of healthy snacks (and bacon chocolate bars).
Although the JetBlue app will allow you to obtain a Mobile Boarding Pass, MCO TSA can't "read" them and will force you to go back to Ticketing!
Yvette FitchMarch 8, 2013If renting a car, go to lowest level of terminal. If you follow the signs, it'll take u to the garage. They will turn u around and send you back. Not good if u have luggage and kids!
If you have about $200 to spare, look at the Clear Registered Traveler program... You can have a "FastPass" through security
