I hate when TSA puts regular passengers in the employee lane. It ties the line up plus sometimes they take forever to screen. The employee line should be for employees only.
United's check-in employers have no patience, bad attitude, and they're not nice at all. If you're traveling with a lot of bags, or just and extra one AVOID them!
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, order any kind of coffee from the ZaZa stand next to terminal 33, this place is a joke, serving coffee topped with hot water and syrup as a latte. Should be shut down.
Terrible security lines, but thanks to the lack of organisation, you can break every airport rule in the book. Note: you have to take a shuttle train to all gates, so plan accordingly.
