The meals in the banquet hall have been wonderful! The staff is so accommodating and the chefs are very talented!

I had a room on the 2nd floor facing the outdoor pool- I can hear the noise of the indoor pool- next time will request away from the indoor pool. Internet is not free, and no free breakfast.

Manager on duty Eric A. Smith is the rudest. My credit card was swiped at check in and later they claimed they didnt have it on file. I am now concerned for the security of my card. Smith was rude

Belo hotel pra relaxar e acalmar... não tente dar uma volta no quarteirão... não há nada e são seis km... não há nada perto do hotel... peça o shuttle na recepção
