Jenny SnellOctober 13, 2013Don't go to Starbucks unless you want a plain drink. I should have walked away after I asked 3 times if they had what I wanted. I settled.. Huge mistake. Plus I had to pay more. Going down the drain.
While they do have free Wi-Fi it is very slow and makes loading videos from YouTube or Netflix pretty much impossible.
Grab the pillows from the master suite closet. They are little firmer.

Don't rely on wifi, it is in and out and doesn't work at all in certain buildings.

Don't buy your theme park tickets here, they lied to us about ours and we were ended up empty handed
NOT fond of the waterfalls and watercannons at the pool, but the kids love it.
Elio GonzalezSeptember 17, 2011Got a 2 bedroom villa and its amazing, front desk clerk was extremely helpful even after a late check in - around 2am- place is amazing and got more than expected including a jacuzzi :P
Andrew SeranoSeptember 9, 2011Service here is horrible, villas not clearly marked, rooms outdated, food subpar, one of the worst Marriotts in the chain. Avoid if possible.- Unless you have young kids, and even then, don't waste time or money on wonderworks
