Mark Wong: Recommended by a local. It is tucked away from the main streets but definitely worth a stop. Everything was great and the prices were very cheap (1-3 euro / glass of wine) - known for meat balls!

Mark Wong: DELICIOUS! On a food tour they explained the difference between traditional and non-traditional gelato. This is one of the FEW places that has traditional gelato. Hint: you CAN'T pile up real gelato.

Mark Wong: Amazing! It was my favourite site in Rome. Don't need more than 15-20 minutes inside, but spend time in the piazza and take it all in early in the morning over a cappuccino!
Mark Wong: Nice patio and reasonable prices, given it is so close to the cathedral. Get the spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and peppers, if you can handle a little bit of spice. Simple but delicious dish!
Mark Wong: Beautiful Piazza with panoramic views of the city. Go early in the morning (8AM) to avoid crowds or for sunset (still crowded but beautiful views). For runners, great run up the hill in the AM.

Mark Wong: Long line to get in, but definitely worth seeing Michelangelo's David, even if you're not big into sculptures. Definitely buy a ticket online in advance to save time (~30 min wait in tourist season)
