The Mermaid Shrimp was out of this world!! I've never seen Chinese shrimp prepared this way. Everything was delicious but if you like shrimp try it. You won't regret it! (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more- The pork in garlic sauce is amazing and the sesame beef is very good too. Don't miss the minced chicken in lettuce leaves either.
