Go to the Alamo Drafthouse (any Austin location) and order the "Enter the Dragon" Pizza. No longer on the menu but you can still order it. Italian Sausage, Jalapenos, Olives, etc. Spicy perfection.
This is a great toy store where you can act like a kid for a change. Find everything from glow-in-the-dark Jesus products to Japanese imports. Ice cream parlor and parking in the back.
Order the old fashioned margarita. It's great. No simple syrup, no pre-made mix. Real lime juice.

Don't judge it on its appearance. The ice cream is actually quite good and they have tons of flavors. Rosewater and Sesame are my favorites, though not together. Get a samosa while you're at it for $1

I come here at least once every 2 weeks - the chicken tikka masala (mahkni) is the best I've ever had. The naan is fluffy, crispy, and warm, too. Get yourself to Taj Palace!
Try Ananda Fuara restaurant nearby - lots of good vegetarian choices.
Get two slices and a drink for $6.50 at lunchtime. One if the cheapest downtown lunches I've found!
