Closest thing to exhale in Hoboken. The 9:45 am classes are super crowded. Aim for the 8:45

The creative workout is amazing. But it is all about the instructor ..... Everyone is really good with the exception of Liz

It's never too early to hit up this local barre. The core fitness classes are a total body workout with such variety that it keeps it fun. Go for Breanna's classes!
