This double‏ IPA was brewed with an old technique Matt calls hop charging, consisting of three separate 30 minute steeps of whole flower Chinook hops during the boil. Five more hop additions of Columbus, Falconer’s Flight, Citra and whole flower Mosaic throughout the process, in all a total of 17 pounds of hops. A massive amount of American malted barley and a full month of cellaring make for an extremely smooth hop experience. 7.9% ABV/>110 IBU’s
