A little bit of North Carolina invaded the west side of Steamboat Springs when restaurateur Rex Brice opened Lil' House, billed as a country biscuits and coffee joint. Brice, who grew up in North Carolina, said he wanted to offer a new kind of restaurant on Steamboat's west side.
