- Love how clean everything is and the cafe is awesome and parents night out is a must! Kids get to swim rock climb and do gym games and have pizza and juice all for $15!
Super clean, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, and there is always enough equipment so you never have to wait.. Like in other gyms at peak hours.- AVOID MONDAYS there crazy busy and avoid taking your kid to the hold center on Monday's and Saturday's, it can get pretty busy in there and some kids and more well behaved than others.....
Angela n is the best Zumba teacher. Goes at a good pace and has good music
Swim in the family pool cause its warmer, then hop in the jacuzzi, then steam room, then shower. Great post-workout recovery routine- The Huevos Wrap in the Life Cafe is by far my favorite breakfast menu item. I highly recommend it with extra cilantro salsa.

Try the Whey of Life shake... If you're doing ADA it's a fruit, a dairy & a protein.
Fitness Pilates with Kristen S. is amazing. If you do no other group fitness class at Lifetime Canton, do this class.
Kevin in total conditioning and jeff for spinning are the two best instructors.

Awesome gym&staff, but avoid mon-thurs after 6pm. Its way too crowded and filled with rude punks
