Finally got myself to try Alpha. Although I work here, I can say its truly a butt kicking experience. Highly recommend it.- The bikes are way too close for comfort even more so with Covid!

Hit the pool for lunch. Nice Bistro and relaxing sun. Bliss. Minus the noisy kids... Bring ear plugs. :p- I absolutely hate when they vacuum while I’m on cardio not even music can cut the sound of a commercial vac!!
