Parking can be a mess, but don't be one of those that drive around the lot a bunch of times looking for the closest spot. Every step is a calorie and every calorie counts!
I can't imagine working out anywhere else. Clean, great service, nice people, and awesome ammenities. What else could you ask for?- Love the makeup-removal wipes in the ladies room. Perfect to use if short on time, and rushing to a group class! 👍

Natural lighting, skilled trainers, nice facility. They need more Pilates classes!

AST Sport Science's Max OT has been tremendous to by diet/exercise plan. I highly recommend it!
