Much better service than Schaumburg all around. Group classes seem better organized and the cafe is 100% better. The guy that is there everyday is an exceptional. I hope they take good care of him.Upvoted Dec 24, 2024
I have been a member for 2 years & every time they offer 90 day challenge for $25.00 I pick Simi as my trainer.. She is amazing & motivating, fun & always brings her game. I would absolutely recommend

By far the best trainer. Steve Sommerich. He's great with people and kicks your ass into shape. Out of all, I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Zumba classes with Tiffany on Monday and Wednesday mornings are fun and really kick your butt!!!
Avoid the women's locker room during high school swim season. Girls taking pics in he locker room and leaving messes everywhere!!! Can't believe I pay dues for this!!
Great men's basketball at 7 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Family swim, get out of the pool about ten minutes before closing. it gets crowded when everyone leaves at eight.
Try the Total Conditioning, Barbell and Cycling classes..they are all awesome!
Careful. Some patrons drive through parking lot as though they're privileged and no other drivers exist.
They use the basketball courts for a day care. I'm not waiting for 2 hours to play basketball.- Some of the popular classes get crowded, so arrive at least 15 minutes early.
This place is Globo-Gym from the movie Dodgeball... But the facilities are clean and the staff is good. Just need to avoid the grunters.
sign up for swim lessons. their swim instructors are excellent!
Avoid this gym if you can. Be careful of the contract. If you ever have to cancel they will try to charge you as much as possible out the door. Only join if you plan on staying a "Lifetime".

- Not quite as good as the VH LTF athletic club. ;) but costs about half than VH
