Gym stays open until 10:30, just get in before then and you can stay as long as you want.
Leaving my loft at end of month. They are spiking the rent very HIGH & taking away the washer/dryers. Minus an amenity & raising rent??? NO thank you. Peace.
AllisonJune 5, 2013I wouldn't recommend Library Lofts to anyone. In the 4 yrs , rent increased by 5-7%/yr. When we broke our lease, they charged us $2370. We've pd > $44k in rent & current mgmt doesn't negotiate.
Middle elevator is the only one that goes to the basement.
