If you want to be the taco the town, ask for it "crispy cheesy" style. It's a taco with a normal soft shell wrapped around a slightly crispy shell with cheese sandwiched between the two.

Even when "burritos" are the insignia here, you should definitely go for the Super Tacos of Carne Asada with everything with soft tortilla
