MaryApril 12, 2013Excellent front desk staff! Asked me to move to a single bed room. When I saw the room was a roll-in shower I asked for a change of rooms. They put me in a suite, no extra charge! Great hotel!

This room is great! It's like an apartment...has a fridge & microwave and plenty of cabnit space. 2 tv's 2 a/c's. It's pretty awesome
Arifianto KurniawanMay 19, 2013Near any places you want to visit, shopping mall, museum, alamo, ..... etc. ........ by walking- Had excellent service at check in. Breakfast is good. Room was clean. Only thing that took a bit was them cleaning it.

I would rather walk in on my parents having sex than stay at this hotel again. Check-in during conferences is a disaster with a line wrapping around the entire lobby every year. Don't stay here.

If you can do somewhere else, do that. the service is horrible eapecially their lounge.
