Teresa HMarch 2, 2018The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This was the first hotel I've stayed in that didn't have carpeting in the rooms, and I loved it. They were renovating but still organized.

- Ellen GodfreyMarch 15, 2017They do take pets here but I'd look for other options. If you get a room in Bldg 1 you'll be pleased. If you're in Bldg 2 you might be happier staying in a kennel. It was just sad.

Lance LemenJanuary 8, 2013Free shuttle to and from Universal is awesome. But, it's close enough to walk if you missed the shuttle and are able.
Great hotel, needs pictures in the guest rooms to have a home feel and offer laundry services. Overall great though.
