Kristen Adam: They have a surprisingly good mac and cheese in the deli hot food area. My favorite is the grind your own 'peanut butters' and self serve flavored honey (peach sage is to die for)
Kristen Adam: The Gobbled grilled sandwich was so good (turkey, bacon, brie & apples) make it a combo and get the Cajun dill chips... You won't be sorry. The lemon sugar cookie is also a winner!
Kristen Adam: the views are spectacular but I could spend all day watching the tide pools. I recommend better footwear than just flip flops. And please watch your step, there are little sea creatures everywhere.
Kristen Adam: Like everyone says, the mac and cheese is worth the guilt you'll feel for eating it. They also have one of the best fish and chips I've had in a long time.

Kristen Adam: The macadamia nut crusted halibut with orange ginger sauce is wonderful. Tip: if you substitute tilapia for the halibut, its still delicious but will save you money for the chocolate cake.

Kristen Adam: I'm not sure if there's anything I wouldn't recommend. The crab bisque is the best but be warned, it's rich. Macadamia / goat cheese app is surprisingly tasty. Say yes to the piña colada cake.
Kristen Adam: Avoid eating on the boat, very blah (but I haven't tried Sir Winston's). It's fun to just explore, you can feel the history. The later at night you go, the better... It's easy to imagine the ghosts.

Kristen Adam: Taco Tuesday is a good deal but if you're going for authentic, try the soft tacos at the bar (carnitas!) instead of the crunchy... Those are a little bland. Do yourself a favor and get a margarita.
Kristen Adam: The mud bath was fun but be prepared to have mud in places you never knew you had. Wish there were official changing rooms for those of us just there for the day.

Kristen Adam: For the free handmade tortillas alone, you should all be headed there right now. However, the Sunday brunch is a great value and the tomato and tortilla soups are wonderful.
Kristen Adam: Absolutely the most pet friendly hotel. They provide a pet bed and food/water bowl and treats. Not to mention the hotel is modern and extremely clean.

Kristen Adam: The refried beans... crazy good. Shredded beef tacos are delicious too. Just be warned, any time after 6pm, the wait is obnoxiously long.

Kristen Adam: Everything! Specifically: sundried tomato soup, cream of jalapeno soup, fried calamari strips, cilantro pesto chicken sandwich, all of their salads.
