Loved the spicy tsukemen. Tsukemen is a popular way of enjoying ramen without getting full from the soup. You dip your noodles into a richer broth, which is concentrated ramen base.
A bowl of Ao is Ao-Some. Chicken, mizuna, and jalapeños make a shoyu ramen much much more. Highly highly recommended.- Shio-Nuff! Get some Shio Ramen and add some butter and corn for a rich taste in a clean broth. Shio-Nuff!
