- Ask the staff to show you the Prohibition Room off one of the elevators. ;-)
- Chesca GJune 8, 2012Superb location but the room lacked what i thought were essentials - coffee maker, fridge and lotion! Also, restrooms were really, really tiny!
- David SmithAugust 22, 2014Don't rely on leaving a voice message for the valet, despite the reassuring message. They won't bring your car around unless you actually speak to the valet in person. #fail
- Sarah BunnyMarch 30, 2012Small rooms but they feel cozy. Short cab ride to just about anywhere in the city!
- Stay here with your dog...they are very accommodating...provide dishes and a bed for you.
- Kimpton are definitively the best looking hotels :-) Rooms are nice even if the bathroom are really tiny. Customers service staff are OK but there is rrom for improvement. Great location, I would stay
- If your room is on the Union Square side...great view, but don't expect to get much sleep. VERY loud music very late into the night.
- Ask for Chelsea at the Bar Drake and have her make you a lava or grasshopper. Life changing.
- Neil MansillaAugust 17, 2012Your room adjacent to an elevator? Don't unpack your bags. Head straight down to front desk and get another room. Those series of rooms should be converted into utility closets. Too. Damn. Loud.
- Vasken HauriSeptember 27, 2011Michael (the night manager) is the most friendly and knowledgeable hotel employee ever.
- when you check in here, if your room # ends in 07 ask for another room! the 07 rooms are very tiny barely space to get past the bed.
- Watch out from connected rooms, you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the next room and they can hear you!
- Judilee ReedNovember 16, 2011Comfy bed, small (even by NYC standards) bathrooms. Avoid the room 621, which is the recipient of all the exhaust from the restaurant. Stinky.
- Not the best hotel but decent. Bathrooms are extremely small and provided shampoo smells weird. Take advantage of the conservation program and get a $10 voucher for the hotel restaurants and bars.
- Adjacent rooms separated by a door are paper thin. If the tv is on too loud, you'll hear it.
- David RJune 14, 2019Rooms are small and not well kept. Gaudy design and outfits on the staff. Not up to Kimpton standards.
- Nice hotel, but there are only 12 channels on tv! Sucks if ur working here for a week!
- Liz MooreAugust 24, 2010Hey guys, say the word “Popsicle” at check-in within August. They’ll have a surprise for you!
- Anna DakhundaridzeJanuary 12, 2014Mmm. Good location. But the hotel itself not good enough. Old... Everything is old.
- Chris GoldenJanuary 13, 2017Restrooms are on the second level and the Men's and Women's are both single stall.
- Muito bem localizado, fácil acesso, excelentes acomodações e cordialidade no atendimento. Recomendo!
- Fernanda Cecco BaroneAugust 30, 2012Excelente hotel !! Super bem localizado, walking distance da Union Saquare ! Atendimento impecável !
- Béa FAugust 10, 2011Luxueux Hotel bien place même si effectivement a SDB est petite. Je teste le programme environnemental pour voir
