Personal Training Packages

The best way to reach your goals is with individualized instruction. We offer one-on-one and small group training options. Our trainers are the BEST and will get you results. Keystone Health Club offers membership options designed to fit every schedule and budget. From a daily pass to an one year agreement, you're sure to find a package that is right for you. We are so sure you will love it here that we invite you to try us FREE for 3 days. Once you are here, you'll want to stay. All membership options include full use of facilities, all group exercise classes, steam and sauna, and use of a locker. Additional services for which membership is not required and pricing is additional include: Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Foot Reflexology, Physical Therapy, Ballroom Dancing and special workshps and events

Our Facilities

Keystone Health Club offers the latest in cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Additionally, we have spacious rooms for yoga, Zumba, and other classes. With plenty of treadmills, elliptical trainers, bicycles and free weights to choose from, you'll never have to wait in line to exercise.
