This is such an awesome gym. I went in on a guest pass to try it out and ended up paying for about 10 or so sessions.My body started showing some real progress. I am going back as soon as I can.

Great family business and everyone is just so friendly! Morley is a book of knowledge just waiting for you! And what to say of the girls, they just rocked my world while I was there! Keep it up!

This is a great, friendly, clean gym. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. I have never gone in without being greeted and feeling at home. The trainers there are super helpful.

This gym is amazing! I'm shy but they make the effort to make me feel welcome. I hired Ashley as a personal trainer and she's fantastic. Couldn't be happier they are apart of the community!

I've been to Kensington Fitness a few times with a friend who has been a member. She loves the personal training and the friendly atmosphere. The staff literally know the name of everyone.

Sam is so friendly and very knowledgeable. She knows how my body works & what it needs; she will push me very hard in my workouts I see RESULTS! best of all I feel STRONG!! Sam is FABULOUS
