Cameras and live theater have never mixed (for those uneducated to the etiquette) so unless you have a press pass or special permission (that includes staff and/or previous staff) do not take pics!
Been here for the first time this spring season for the TEDxPortland event. Really liked the place. The men's restroom was a little smelly, but what can you do? The ushers here were nice and helpful!
Stunned when my total came to $15 for sparkling wine and a cookie in the lobby before the performance! My advice, enjoy the wine (you're at the theater after all) and skip the cookie.
The venue is great and the performances themselves well managed, but I would strongly advise against Will Call. The line for the performance I went to was the most mismanaged I had ever seen.
Lovely venue. About 9 blocks from the MAX. The seats are a nice size (not too cramped) and fairlycomfortable. The roasted nuts in the lobby are way $$ but yummy!
Beware of ticket sellers that aren't affiliated with the box office. Keller doesn't have my debit card nor name under any tickets whatsoever so we can't get in. Dropped $900 for 3 adults and 4 kids ):
The spacious theater, built in 1917 and originally known as the Civic Auditorium, stages Broadway productions, ballet, operas, family events and much more.
