Ground floor and top floor are worth the visit. The rest is disappointing.

Was told off rudely not to make photos of the cheese. Strictly prohibited it seems. Strange for a brand that is quite active on social media and let's itself be tagged on Instagram for example.
Go to the Ladies toilet on the 6th floor, you'll have a great view over Berlin!!

4 Different Champagne bars to choose from on the 6th (food) floor. But why choose? Just visit them all and have sushi in between :P
Great customer service, unlike at the Galeria Kaufhof, where they are rude, and have chastised me for making returns.
