Below is a list of our beers that are available in our brewpub in Port Allen.

Leilani Light

Light golden ale brewed with just a touch of crystal malt; lightly hopped for a pleasantly mellow character and a smooth sophisticated taste. Approx. 4.3% ABV and 23 IBU’s.

Wai’ale’ale Ale

Light bodied and moderately hopped golden ale, finished with aromatic hops, giving it a fruity aroma and crisp and refreshing finish. Approx. 4.8% ABV and 26 IBU’s.

Captain Cook’s IPA

Created after the hoppy ales brewed in the 1700’s for the long journey from England to Hawaii, this Ale is one of our hoppiest beers ever using 15 pounds of hops for 155 gallons of beer. Approx. 5.8% ABV, a hefty 67 IBU’s, and a great fresh hop aroma.

South Pacific Brown

Based on a recipe that earned our brewer 2nd place at the West Coast Brewers Festival, and also a Silver Certificate at the California State Fair; this English style Mild Ale is, moderately malty and low in hop bitterness. Approx. 3.8% ABV. 18 IBU’s.

Westside Wheat

Brewed with equal amounts of malted barley and wheat, we’ve taken this traditional American-style recipe and added just a touch of caramel malt for color and body. This light-bodied ale has a refreshing, clean flavor that can be especially enjoyed on a hot day in the cool shade. Try it straight up, or with a lemon. Approx. 4.7% ABV and 16 IBU’s.

Lilikoi Ale

A hint of the tropics and a local favorite; Lilikoi Light is a light golden ale with a Passion flavor sure to tantalize your taste buds. Approx. 4% ABV and 20 IBU’s.

Na Pali Pale Ale

More body, color and hop character than our Wai’ale’ale Ale, this generously dry hopped American style Pale Ale is a true favorite of Waimea Brewing Company. Approx. 5.4% ABV and 48 IBU’s.

Pakala Porter

A full-bodied, robust Porter with a rich chocolaty and roasted flavor. Named after the aggressive surf break just up the road from Waimea Brewing Company, this beer is not for the light-hearted beer drinker, but is a sure delight for any dark beer fan. Approx. 4.3% ABV, 20 IBU’s.

Cane Fire Red

This full bodied ale has a deep red hue with a distinctive malty character, provided by just the right blend of Crystal malts. It’s well balanced by an assortment of the freshest hops available, for a smooth clean, yet bitter finish. Approx. 6.3% ABV and 50 IBU’s
