Automatic car washes were designed specifically to deal with quantity, not quality. Swirl marks are often created by the high speed rollers. The high speed cloths are also known to actually create scratches, especially on larger vehicles, due to the buildup of grime and dirt that become intertwined. Rims are also subject to being scratched from rubbing along the tracks. Each car wash clearly states that they will not be held responsible for damage to your rims. Also, note how many times a car wash mentions how they will not be responsible for any valuables that magically disappear. A layer of wax that is quickly sprayed on by a machine does not compare to a good thick coat of wax being applied by hand.

After much contemplation and research, we have decided to offer ceramic coatings. Our supplier, ARDEX has done extensive testing on their product, Tungsten Ceramic Coating. They've poured acid on it, shock, abrasive, thermal stress tests, everything! It's demonstrated lab impact resistance as high as 80 lbs. Ceramic coating cannot be applied at the factory. A fairly thorough pass through of the interior

All doorjambs and the engine compartment is de-greased with New Wave then power-washed

Using a strong all-purpose cleaner, carpets and mats are scrubbed. Then, carpets are cleaned with a citrus based cleaner and excess formula and dirt is extracted

Every piece of vinyl, plastic, etc of the interior is thoroughly cleaned. Minor scuff marks on the panels are also removed

Dirt is lifted off vehicle using a concentrated, super foamy soap. Will not dull surface nor remove the wax. Car is then dried off leaving a streak free shine

Using a variable speed buffer, car is polished using Diamond Crystal Four which creates an exceptional gloss and removes minor scratches

Liquefied Paste Wax with a mild cleaner and dye
