Karlito M: The oldest and most famous beer garden in Berlin. Great beer and delicious true-school german beer dishes: wurst, sauerkraut, pretzels, so on. Must go.
Mexican Restaurant · Kreuzberg · 358 tips and reviews
Karlito M: If you want to get tipsy with margaritas (5 euros during the 7-9 PM happy hours) then this is it. Great tacos as well (go on Taco Tuesday). There's also a second Santa Maria in Berlin.
Korean Restaurant · Schöneberg · 115 tips and reviews
Karlito M: Visited this place twice already, and it did not disappoint. Awesome Korean food, and they also have alcohol from Asia, so you can get a legit Soju.
Karlito M: Probably the most hipster coffee shop in Berlin. A very small venue with patrons getting coffee inside and hopping outside to drink it. Right next to Habibi.
Karlito M: The only ramen we've tried in Berlin, and we found it to be as great as any ramen straight from Japan. Recommended. Cocolo Ramen also has a 2nd location in Berlin.
Middle Eastern Restaurant · Akazienkiez · 25 tips and reviews
Karlito M: If you're into Middle Eastern (e.g. Syrian) food then you can't go wrong with Habibi. Legit! Plus there's a great coffee shop opposite (DoubleEye).
Karlito M: If the weather's nice then this is a great place to go. It's a big field (previously an airport) where people go to sit on the grass, bike around, rollerskate. You can loan a bike/etc there too.

Street Food Gathering · Fehrbelliner Platz · 113 tips and reviews
Karlito M: Thai food stands that open only during good weather weekends. But anyone can come and open a food stand here too (very grassroots!), so this is very authentic.
Karlito M: The only reason this place is in this list: the ridiculously huge aquarium in the middle of the hotel. Worth to go into the lobby for it alone. You can also pay to go inside (look up AquaDom).
