My favorite experience in SF. Get naked, no phones, no talking; just lounge in the water and collect your thoughts. It’s a rare experience to break away from smartphones and be in the moment. Ahhhhh!
Kashla does the best facials! She tried different products on me to find the best combination for my skin. She also wrote down recipes for a homemadeexfoliant :) .. And she's super sweet.
Nirvana package was worth it. Massage, facial and body polish/scrub. Definitely a whole day trip including the communal springs. If I had more time, I would have took another dip into the springs.

pretty disappointed at the young male caller who picked up the phone. didn't seem at all friendly or helpful. apparently didn't have the sense to want my business given how hyped this place already is
