Jen NelsonApril 5, 2014Rooms aren't all nice or spacious. We got stuck in tiny room with NO living area or jetted tub. Double beds took whole room- 1 bed 3inches from wall! Be careful & specific. Also, pools are FREEZING!
Internet connection and cell service is AWFUL. Pretty much forcing you to pay for the hotel's wifi. Weak.
BK SnyderJuly 3, 2012Would choose Hyatt Lost Pines in Austin over this anyday. They tried to emulate the Hyatt but missed the mark for a family get away. Hyatt beats JW hands down
