J P: Go to the balconies and you will be able to see famous landmarks: Delacorte Theater, Great Lawn and Turtle Pond.

J P: Go underground there is a train platform with a secret entrance and an elevator straight up to the Waldorf-Astoria hotel.

J P: If you look carefully the basement is covered by a steel shield, the wall of "brick" is actually faux and the windows are fake. Look at number's 56 & 60. It's an evacuation tunnel constructed by MTA.

J P: The entire bottom half, from the ground to windows, is covered in tiny plastic beads, colored tile, buttons, little toys and small circular mirrors. Owner is retired plastic arts professor.
