Felipe Chan Wong: Biggest bookstore in Taipei, not only books but lots of other things too. It's a really nice place to visit and then tour around 101 area. Take MRT (blue line) to Taipei City Hall and look for it,
Michelin Travel & Lifestyle: The building is meant to resemble a stalk of bamboo and all its features were chosen with feng shui in mind. The external observation deck is terrifying for some. – Green Guide Editor
Michael Khai: A short but tiring climb before a 100% rewarding night view of Taipei and Taipei 101. Consider skipping this place if there is fog surrounding Taipei 101.
Lisette: The park has lots to offer and several different hiking routes to choose. Wear warm and waterproof clothes and bring some chocolates and water in case if you get lost in the mountain trails
French Restaurant · Zhōngshān Qū · 21 tips and reviews
Lulu: By far the top casual neo-bistro in Taipei. Not every of the 8 courses is a home run, but each is an unique concoction, leading you to a journey of tastes.
Brian: An outdoor multi-tap, standing room only. A great place for a pause between shopping, sure, but even if you're not a mall rat, make a special trip for the beer.
Celine Ong: Feels like an upmarket place right now. Very well oragnised layout plan with dedicated cooking stations and fresh produce. Stand up eating concept except for wine appreciation corner. Love it!
Eleonora F.: Best indoor hot spring experience!!! Fabulous! The staff is great, facilities, toiletries and cosmetics are top-notch. Very very reccomend
Jonathan Kan: Great selection of creatively flavored cocktails - mix of traditional ones with a twist and new concoctions. Love the atmosphere and decoration here.
Josh W: Love the outdoor hot springs facing the river. The surrounding environment is also much more rustic than Beitou. That said, access isn't too difficult with the resort's shuttle service from the MRT.
Curry Matsuba: Possibly the most upscale bar in terms of quality of decor w/ a good selection of rare Scotch. If you like other brown spirits, out of luck here. Cocktails are decent if expensive. Good for dates
Josh W: 24 hour tea house perched atop Maokong, nestled in lush tea plantations. Come for early morning dim sum with a side of pu-er with Chrysanthemum.
