I’ve been sampling the yoga and Pilates classes. From least to most intensity so far has been yin yoga, Hatha yoga, Pilates and PiYo. They’re all great classes but PiYo really kicks my @$$.

Great facility, lots of equipment and weights. Equipment is well maintained. Pool is shared with high school so hours are pretty limited, but it’s great when it’s open.

God forbid you should move out of state and have to cancel your membership because they won't until you can show them proof of your new address! So don't go for the promotion at work!

Watch out for the moms in the minivans in the parking lot picking up their brats. They like to block the spaces & not care anything about it.
