generic food; very limited menu & quality is so-so- the service is horrible even when the place is dead/empty! We were told there was a wait for pool tables but ton of tables were open- not returning

This place isn't Jillian's anymore; in the process of turning over to World Sports Grille. Service is horrible, we sat at the table close to the bar- however it took them 30 min to get our drinks!!

I do not anticipate going back. We were told there were no beer specials even though they were advertised on the wall, the service was non-existent, and the food ranged from disappointing to just bad.
