Forgot the name of the guy that friend and i spoke to and asked questions to, but super friendly and knowledgeable. They open at 12pm (most days).

FYI contrary to lies other nearby tat shops are saying about JC Tattoo, they are NOT racist or homophobic here. Quite the contrary. Learn it. These guys are the best in JC.
