Fantastic Sunday Brunch that's buffet style. Wonderful salads, lamb, boboti and pudding too.
Charming English pub in a beautiful garden setting. Service very, very relaxed. Only stopped on for cappuccinos but will be back for food.
Poached eggs are great, juices and coffees are wonderful, free wifi and a beautiful garden.
Pizza is pretty good. Mogul and principles are good, but the nacho libre is delicious.
Mutton curry, fish and chips, onion rings and seafood bisque is ridiculously good. Cocktails are ok.

The best bakery on the garden route. Bring from the Deep South where Red velvet is a staple at every holiday, Claire's cooks this much debated cake to perfection. Also the apple pie is amazing.

The chips are fantastic, but the jalapeño poppers, calamari and meatballs are very average. Skip the margaritas, as they are very syrupy.
HORRIBLE. Saucy burgers were dried out, the mushroom app slightly burnt and the seafood chowder was congealed and in edible.
Corn fritters are a must! Strawberry feta salad is perfect and mustard hollandaise is incredibly filling.

Share a cheese platter to start. Beef fillet is wonderfully cooked and a beautiful cut of meat, but ask for sauce on the side. It's very sweet BBQ sauce that really doesn't do the meat justice.
Arrive to high tea very hungry! Fantastic spread of finger foods and pastries. Strawberry vanilla rooibos is great. Come early before it gets crowded with children and poorly dressed teenagers.
Very cool bar, coffee shop and gift shop. Great vibe and good music too. Check the hours of operation though!
The chicken tikka masala is very sweet. Very nice naan. Order from the cashier in the back.

The eggs hollandaise, beef burger, tramezzinis, flat whites, red berry crush, French toast are stellar!! It's the best restaurant in Knysna with incredible service and an amazing view.
The calamari and bacon pizza was pretty good. However the service was very subpar. Very strange dynamic in the place.
One of the top dining experiences we had in Barcelona. Go during the day (just prior to dinner close) to avoid crowds and get a little elbow space. The owner is incredibly nice too!
If all paella tasted like this, I would eat it every day! The bar menu portion easily serves 2 ppl.

Ask locals for something a bit more authentic. I'm pretty sure it's a chain.. if not, it tastes like it :(
Montreal smoked meat sliders are delicious! We got 8 sliders and an upgrade to poutine and it was more than enough for 2 ppl for lunch.
Per peri chicken is good, hummus is very tasty. Skip the calamari (very tough) and olives (taste canned). Nice balcony for a cocktail.
Only the 1st glass of wine is complimentary at the wine hour. We did the wine and dinner pairing which was very nice. Soup and app were standout. Dessert however was very disappointing.
The service is deplorable! Incredibly rude male waiter. Too bad because the seafood linguini is very good. However I won't return.
The food was ok and service was fine. Steak Florentina was good, but not seasoned authentically. It's a sweet sauce unlike traditional preparation. Lovely cut of meat though.
Very charming and delicious food. After an amazing dinner and bottle of champagne, my husband proposed to me on the banks of the Seine. Coupe-Chou is always special to me.
The pizza-shaped pastries with thin potatoes on top... It will change your life for the better and your waistline for the worst.

Just popped in for a cold beer and a snack of chips and calamari. The beers were cold but the food was forgettable.
Chicken sandwich is pretty good. Way better than I was expecting. Comes with kettle chips. The burger is ok. Creemore Springs is nice, sim. to a Sam Adams
Bring a serious appetite and go for the 7 course tasting menu. Features compressed watermelon, guacamole, fish tacos and churros (pic) to name a few standouts. The Mayan margarita is amaze balls!!
The triple pork is pretty good. The shredded pork is tossed in a sweet BBQ sauce and has medallions of sausage and salty bacon. The gravy has a lot of rosemary! A regular comfortably feeds 2 ppl.
Wings are really great! Note they are dry, not the typical wet sauce. Deep six is a nice vegetarian option but needs more salt .. Kinda bland.
Tortillas are nice but the meats are really dry. Had the chicken, chorizo and carnitas. Has all the ingredients right just needs a little juice from the meats.
It's big and it's impressive, but the kings crown nachos are just ok. Nothing is standout about them other than the size. Went midweek for lunch and service is really laid back.
So little did I know when I ordered delivery on a food app, this was a karaoke joint. Sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice was really dry and not to great. I'll stick to the songs in the future.

FYI the Iced coffee is fresh ground hot coffee poured over ice. It's strong, but not very cold. Stick to the hot coffees next time.
For a taste of South Africa, order the Flat White (like a cappuccino but less foam) or the Rooibas Tea Latte (nat caffeine free). After several months in ZA, I can vouch that Rooster is doin it right!
The Apple Crisp w/ bacon is ridiculous! The Caramelized onions, tart apples and salty bacon in the perfectly golden buttered bread is like eating pure love. One of the food highlights in Toronto.
The Amber is a seriously good beer. Nice flavor, not too hoppy and very drinkable. Note NON Canadians.. Burgers (ground beef specifically) are only cooked medium well and above in Ontario.
