Visit on a weekday, and arrive around dusk. Head towards the rear and ride Himmelskivet for amazing views of Copenhagen. Spend the rest of the evening strolling through the beautiful grounds

The longest Pedestrian street in the whole Europe. You can find anything and everything. A must see touristic attraction. Very packed at Saturdays.
As a tourist in Copenhagen you need to see Strøget. Try and find the smaller streets next to strøget
I love Strøget! It's expensive to shop but i love just walking down Strøget. Get some Brændte mandler (burnt almonds with sugar) while you're there and walk all the way down to Nyhavn :)
Climb to the top even if you're afraid of heights! It's totally worth the amazing views. Entry is included with the Copenhagen card so just do it.
It's worth looking in the church to see the elephants and altar as well, not just climbing the tower.

My hankering for smørbrød was not disappointed at Aamanns and lucky a friend booked. I can also recommend Shmushi for smaller avant garde portions and Orangeriet for the traditional done perfectly.

The Royal Danish Library is a beautiful addition to the Copenhagen cityscape. Its glistening exterior & housing of rare national treasures, makes it truly a black diamond, as it is called in Danish.
Order the drained yoghurt and granola or the oatmeal. Open from 7am during the week and easily walkable from Central Station. Plenty of bike hire stations around.
