Get the Chuy's Special (not to be confused with the special of the day). This is the one that keeps me coming back from NC.
The burgers are cooked to order. If you like it a little more well done like me, be prepared to wait. I promise it's worth it!
Get the large chopped plate and the red slaw and choose hush puppies instead of bun. This is the best BBQ in NC.
Unless you're going at a traditional meal time you may want to call to make sure they still have barbecue.
