Won't be back soon. Place was not memorable. Chile relleno was topped with raisins, which made the plate look cheap. Bonus: drunk owner stumbled around making awkward small talk with patrons.
Underwhelming flavors for the steak fajita, which came with bland sides, very cramped seating and bad acoustics -- everyone in the entire restaurant sounded like they were yelling to be heard.
Skip it; too trendy and cheesy. (That last bit was queso pun...since they push it pretty hard as an app to drown out the mediocrity of the rest of the food.)
Disappointing. The tacos were promising but lacking (who ever knew there was such a thing as taco sweat), the chips were dry, and the service was bizarre (or drunk).
I love tex mex but SOME effort has to be made to cater to NYC palattes. Besides the Bob Armstrong queso everything was a flat. Owner was DRUNK and handsy with patrons and the waitress was absentee
