Memories from my 10th anniversary and engagement to Jessica Warren, celebrated over 10 days in New York.
1. Del Posto
Jamie Shaw: The single best meal we've ever eaten. Lovely, hospitable waiting staff and fantastic atmosphere.
2. Ess-a-Bagel
Jamie Shaw: Wide selection of bagels and filling – expect a wait though, it can get busy around breakfast on a workday.
3. Scotty's Diner
Jamie Shaw: Wide selection of delicious pancake combos. Wonderfully friendly staff!
4. Sarabeth's Central Park South
Jamie Shaw: A great breakfast spot, if not a little pricey (but what do you expect from a restaurant at this location?)
5. Katz's Delicatessen
Jamie Shaw: It goes without saying; it can get busy. Expect lines inside and out during lunch hours – bring a buddy to grab a table once inside.
6. Dominique Ansel Bakery
Jamie Shaw: It's Dominique Ansel, there isn't much to say that isn't already known; Cronuts sell-out early, and expect a queue whilst they're available.
7. Juliana's Pizza
Jamie Shaw: It seems the word is out – the queue at Juliana's was at least twice as long as Grimaldi's. Worth it though.
8. ABC Kitchen
9. Brooklyn Bridge
