Check room and bathroom carefully before unpacking. we had to change rooms. Nice folks, but not so great in the area of cleanliness.

$100 early check in charge even if it's only an hour early..no free wireless internets anywhere, including Starbucks. :( otherwise nice lobby, etc.

Poor everything. Bathroom is dirty. Didn't get the kind of room we ask for. 4:00pm and room still not cleaned. A/C will not work. Rooms very noisy sounds if band is next door not 10 floors away. RUN.

Adquieran la membresia ambasador...y aprovechen el happy hour todos los dias a partir de las 18 hrs. Excelente atencion, bebidas, comidas internacionales... todo perfecto

Lo más destacable es la infraestructura, hermosa vista y staff muy amable te sientes en familia. Lo impresentable es la ausencia de Wi-Fi gratuito a los huéspedes debe estar incluido.
