Summon the Über about 8 minutes before arriving at Union Station and you'll meet them at the taxi stand while the plebes wait.
If you want guaranteed good service in a clean luxury car for half the price of regular car service take an Über. If not? Take a cab.
If you're going to sit in traffic, a much nicer place to be than a stinky, hot cab.

Tell DC govt to leave Uber alone! The taxi commission is corrupt and Uber is filling the void in transportation.
