Imperial Salon and Spa

I had a great day at Imperial on my only day off this week. After a crazy busy week at work, it was just what I needed to relax and recharge. I was able to take advantage of a facebook special and they gave me 20%off in the boutique as a 1st time client! Great clothes and amazing service!

Don't waste your time at the other Salon and Spas in town...Imperial has it all and they aim to please. My massage was PERFECTION and I totally enjoyed the steam and sauna rooms. Such a great way to spend a day...all to myself!

I had a gift card for the signature massage and put off using it because I had never been before. I schedule an appointment for after work and was so excited to relax. The spa itself is beautiful and even though the locker room isn't very private I felt comfortable in the robe they provided. The LMT came to take me back to the service room. I noticed she was pregnant, and very obviously. That is not my complaint. She smelled terribly of cigarettes. Which is disgusting enough to have to smell, especially when the person in going to be massaging you. The "complementary aromatherapy" couldn't even mask the smell. I was alarmed by it, but thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she wasn't the one smoking and she was just around someone who was. Well when she began massaging my neck the smell poured out of her mouth. I was so uncomfortable for the entire hour of the massage. Pregnant and smoking, so horrible! I mean it is her own choice, but I cannot believe the spa allows her to work there, let alone smoke while at work. For a $70 dollar massage, I was very disappointed. I think from here on out I will take my business else where.
