The coffee isn't the best in Latvia, but it is in Liepaja (illy is to Europe as Starbucks is to the USA). The pastries and food on the other hand, super good.
Eduard RuzgaAugust 18, 2015Tasty eklers in this 3 stories french style cafe. Try going to 3rd floor terrace. Even toilet has books and photos. Very cozy. Dogs are allowed too :-)
