- ibis Sydney Darling HarbourJuly 6, 2017Enjoy Happy Hour at ibis Sydney Darling Harbour from 5:50 to 6:30PM
- hotel room walls are thin, if there are "activities" next door, you can pretty much feel the thumps! LOL breakfast is worth $10aud (for crew), and the grill'd burger joint next door closes at 11pm!
- Enjoy the quality bar overlooking the city! Beers are ok priced for Sydney! Rooms are Ibis style so small but are fresh and modern
- The shower leaks. To stop it, take a towel and shut the tap hard. Very hard. You can't shut it without a towel as it will hurt your hand. Then, same towel, put under the faucet to dampen any leaks!
- There is a 24/7 convenience store across the road. Plus there is a mini mart just at the start if harbour side shopping Ctr, bottle shop in their too
- Hubert ArdennenJune 10, 2012Loved the service, the breakfast and the location. I did not come to sydney to watch tv on my room... Hotel is a great location at Darling Harbour and even George's Street is just a short walk away!
- Brad BeachJune 7, 2017Great service, great harbour view, great location - but wow are those walls thin!!! :-)
- Great place if you wanna travel around Sydney: water cabs, monorail, ... The hotel is really clean! Breaky has got everything you need
- DiOctober 23, 2013For almost $300 / night the rooms are on the shoebox end of the size scale. Handy location and nice service though
- Parking is $45/night unlimited entry/exit entry is via Novotel entrance, turn left into car park. Press intercom to be let in if you havnt checked in
- There are three self service baggage trolleys available. Great to be able to get all luggage in/out of the room in one go.
- Ahmad FarziMarch 10, 2014If you need to print anything, the Ibis web corner is very freindly and free!!
- Hotel is not licensed to serve alcohol on Christmas Day. Another reason to head to the Novotel next door.
- Mark RichardsNovember 12, 2012Got shocking service in the breakfast buffet, no organisation or system so people arriving later taken to table ahead of those of us waiting. Apologies from the Manager only after I complained.
- Krystel BendahanOctober 20, 2013Rooms are ridiculously expensive for the tiny space. Deep dusty smell. No complimentary wifi access other than 30min a day in the lobby.
- Giancarlo FrolaJune 9, 2010Good hotel with breakfast and internet included... close to downtown too!!.. XD
- Holy crap the rooms are small. Good location right next to Darling Harbour.
- Hoang Chau HuynhJuly 4, 2011I had no brekky nor wifi and the room was unbelievably small. At least it was cheap.
- Nigel MooreJune 23, 2010Make sure you don't stay on a smoking level, it absolutely stinks if you're not a smoker.
