If you want to be away from the tourist noise of Union Square, simply ask the front desk for a quiet room. They have a ton in the back, tucked away for the business traveler.

Great hotel, but if you drive in, be prepared to pay for it. Parking costs are hefty and at a daily rate and there are no nearby alternatives.

Well located, right by where the tramways turn around on Powell St. Wi-fi is quite fast. Coffee in the morning, wine tasting in the early evening.

This hotel is very quaint. Staff is friendly & hotel is in a GREAT location. Free wine from 5-6 pm and free coffee from 7-10 am.

Old hotel, but renovated and has a lot of character. Suites are much nicer than the standard rooms.

Friendly, helpful staff! Definitely not a luxury spot but it's a cool place to stay. Expect at least one thing to be slightly creepy, and at least one outlet in your room to not work.

Definitly get a larger room if you aren't staying solo. I hear some are too small for two plus bags. Worth the $30 xtra for a huge dbl queen

Ask for a room with air conditioning when you check in. Most rooms only have a ceiling fan and it very noisy if you leave the window open.

Nice hotel with reasonable rates for prime location. Complimentary wine in lobby at 5pm. Watch out though! They lost our _pre-paid_ reservation. Better call ahead to make sure they have you on list.

Great location for leisure. Looks they have diferent room sizes. Mine was really small... no space for 2 people. Vending machine didnt work.

Mi habitación es pequeña pero cómoda y no ruidosa. Excelente ubicación del hotel en la zona de tiendas. Recomendado. Pd. No se si las habitaciones que dan a la calle sean ruidosas como dicen.
