Horrible experience at Hotel Nikko. The room was old looking with stained carpet, scratched up furnitures, over priced, and the mini fridge wouldn't even open... Overall worst places I've stayed in.

Nice hotel with great Gym but awfull price on wifi and the parking parking is availble for half the price around the corner

Great hotel! Stay here everytime - only #fail is that they have poor cable tv content - can certainly do better. Staff good/ rooms fantastic

Health meter is prepared in the bathroom. But can not detail measure because of the analog meter.

They still have the automated refreshment fridge. Don't move anything from the fridge as they will charge you automatically

As with all hotels - don't use your debit card to hold your reservation when you check in...all hotels put a hold on $$ in your account. Use your credit/AMEX instead-no hold with those

Tried to Get some help with returning a rental car, but they refused. Been staying here for 6 days 3 upgraded rooms and had hoped for better help!

Good to see others have enjoyed this hotel. I've had horrible service and a paranoid staff that ran after me as if I hadn't paid my bill. I will not stay here next time.
