I love this area over 20 years. It didn't change so much along the time. It's a quiet area, surrounded by schools including La Sorbonne. I recommend 3 hotels: Minerve, Familia and Quartier Latin.
Petit déjeuner est très modeste ....:) L'hôtel est sympa et ambiant :)
